Office Staff

Our office has several support staff members who work tirelessly to ensure that every one of the Firm’s clients receives the outstanding client service our Firm is known for. Several of our staff members are fluent in Spanish and Laotian; however, we are capable of assisting any client regardless of their native language.

If necessary, we are more than happy to assist you with your case at your home or in the hospital if you are not able to come to our office because of your injuries and/or lack of transportation. When you contact us, our friendly receptionist will gladly direct your calls and concerns to appropriate staff members. We also have several legal assistants making sure your case is getting the attention it deserves. Our goal is to make your case successful.

Once your case transitions into litigation, Spencer S. Busby and highly skilled paralegals and law clerks will work together to meet court deadlines, handle scheduling matters, and further build your case. Finally, our office manager, who has worked with Mr. Busby for 13 years, will make sure all your concerns are met and that your case is handled efficiently and promptly throughout the entire case transaction.

• Law Clerk: Carree Nahama, B.A. English from UC Riverside; J.D. California Western School of Law- 7 years experience in personal injury/civil litigation
• Paralegal: Cynthia Pillado (fluent in Spanish), B.A. in Sociology and Spanish from University of San Diego; M.S. Master of Forensic Science with emphasis in Investigation- 7 years experience in personal injury/civil litigation
• Legal Assistant/Paralegal: Josie Ruvalcaba (fluent in Spanish), UC San Diego, Psychology; National University, Public Administration-2 years experience in personal injury
• Legal Assistant: Jenny Keovichith (fluent in Laotian), 7 years experience in personal injury
• Legal Assistant: Cindy Vongphamay (fluent in Laotian), 11 years experience in personal injury
• Receptionist: Samantha Creager, 7 years experience in customer service
